Tampa, FL (March 15, 2018) – LCG Advisors (“LCG”) is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Atlanta-based Southern Property Restoration (“SPR”) by Kustom US (“Kustom”), a national property restoration firm headquartered in Orlando, FL. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
LCG was retained on an exclusive basis to assist with Kustom’s acquisition strategy in North America. “The successful completion of the SPR acquisition is another key milestone to Kustom’s goal of expanding its national footprint through acquisition of established market leading companies,” said LCG Managing Director Jay Clark.

Acquisition of Atlanta-based disaster recovery and property restoration firm expands Kustom’s portfolio in Southeast
Orlando, FL (March 12, 2018) – Kustom US (“Kustom”), one of the leading property restoration and recovery firms in North America, has acquired Southern Property Restoration (“SPR”), an Atlanta-based, locally owned and operated, full-service disaster response and restoration company with a combined 75 years of professional disaster mitigation and reconstruction experience. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
