John Dendrinos, CPA
Mr. Dendrinos joined LCG as Managing Director after a 25 year career with Bank of America and its predecessors. Mr. Dendrinos is responsible for the growth and development of LCG by spearheading the recruiting of potential employees, assisting with general marketing and business development, leading a team of examiners, employee training and development, quality assurance, infrastructure development, and other managerial functions as they arise.
Most recently, Mr. Dendrinos was a Senior Vice President and Regional Field Examination Manager for Bank of America Business Capital. His duties included planning, coordinating and leading a team of 50 audit professionals responsible for performing due diligence and collateral examinations on existing and prospective Asset Based Lending clients throughout the Southeast and the Midwest regions of the United States. Mr. Dendrinos was also major contributor of the team that established the examination policies, procedures, systems, and template that is used nationally for all Bank of America Business Capital field exams.
Mr. Dendrinos holds a Masters Degree in Administrative Management from Johns Hopkins University and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Loyola University. He is based in Baltimore, Maryland where he lives with his wife and two sons.
