Amanda M. Porupski
Amanda M. Porupski joined LCG Advisors as Managing Director of Forensic, Valuation & Litigation Support at LCG Advisors in Tampa. Prior to joining LCG Advisors, Amanda spent 10 years at CBIZ in the Forensic & Financial Services / Litigation Support department in the Tampa office. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
Amanda is qualified and testifies as an expert witness. She is experienced in the preparation of expert reports for state and federal court. She has worked on a number of high profile cases involving complex financial matters across a variety of disciplines. Her practice areas include business damages, eminent domain, estates and trusts, dissolution of marriage, collaborative law engagements, business valuations and appraisals, pension valuations, and fraud investigations. Her relevant industry experience includes working with attorneys in civil litigation, providing expert witness testimony, consulting services, litigation support services, and forensic & investigative accounting services
Amanda serves on the Board of Directors of the Hillsborough County Bar Association as the Treasurer. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Tampa Bay Women CPAs (formerly American Woman’s Society of CPAs, Tampa Bay) and the University of South Florida Accounting Circle. Amanda is a member of the FICPA’s Valuation, Forensic Accounting and Litigation Services Committee, Young CPAs Committee and the University of South Florida Accounting Conference Committee. Amanda is an affiliate member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Clearwater Bar Association, and Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers.
Amanda was recently named the winner of the AICPA Florida 2018 Women to Watch Award in the Emerging Leaders category. The AICPA Florida Women to Watch Awards were created to focus on the outstanding women who not only shape the Florida Institute of CPAs, but also the profession.
Amanda was also recognized by the Florida Institute of CPAs as a 2017 Horizon Award Winner. The Horizon Awards recognize the brightest young CPAs at the forefront of the profession who are working to advance the CPA profession and better their communities.
