All valuations are performed in accordance with AICPA Statements on Standards for Valuation Services (SSVS) No. 1, the Mandatory Performance Framework (MPF), and standards set forth by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and guidelines provided by government agencies (e.g. SBA)
