Healthcare Associate

Location: Houston, Texas | Start Date: ASAP

 

We are looking for an Analyst to work closely with our clients, which include banks, specialty lenders, and private equity sponsors within the Healthcare Services Group at LCG Advisors. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence services including field examinations, portfolio reviews and acquisition due diligence for a wide variety of clients
  • Understand complex concepts or information without difficulty
  • Assist lenders with understanding healthcare related issues, including government and insurance payment systems
  • Evaluate transactions to assist our clients in making good credit decisions
  • Perform professional interaction with clients, including calls and meetings

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with willingness to learn new things
  • Naturally inquisitive on all topics relating to transactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word, Able2extract, or other data extraction programs
  • Flexibility for occasional travel
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Healthcare experience is desired, but not required

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
