Director of Human Capital Management
Kris Hauser is the Director of Human Capital Management, where she is responsible for overseeing the execution of all practices related to people resource competencies and management development strategies that include workforce acquisition, workforce management, and workforce optimization.
Prior to joining the LCG, Ms. Hauser served in executive-level positions within a broad range of Fortune 500 companies and industries, where she effectively partnered with business leaders across various levels and disciplines to develop and execute business strategies and the processes to support them. Kris has a natural ability to drive results in rapidly growing, fast-paced, service-oriented environments.
Kris is a resourceful, innovative professional with over 20 years of Talent Development experience and is recognized for helping companies emerge as Best-in-Class organizations, driving exceptional results through impactful learning legacies and cultures wherein people are proud to work, clients receive superior service, and bottom lines are positively impacted.
Kris has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Communications from the University of Nevada-Reno. Kris’s organizational management skills are highlighted by holding advanced HR certifications: Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTP).
