Stan Kreydin Joins LCG Advisors as Managing Director of its Cyber Risk & Technology Advisory Group (CRTA) | Tampa, Florida

LCG Advisors, a leading national financial services advisory firm, has announced Stan Kreydin joined the firm as Managing Director of its Cyber Risk & Technology Advisory Group (CRTA). In this role, Mr. Kreydin will guide the continued development of the division and expand LCG’s capabilities in technology and cyber risk diligence. LCG’s Cyber Risk & Technology Advisory practice supports private equity firms, institutional lenders, investors, and corporate buyers with a full suite of IT and cyber diligence services. Core capabilities include cybersecurity readiness assessments, infrastructure and architecture reviews, third-party risk evaluations, data security mapping, and technology governance advisory throughout the transaction lifecycle. Additional services extend to carve-out diligence, day-one readiness planning, and select integration support where technology, cyber, and operational risk intersect.

Mr. Kreydin brings more than 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and business-aligned risk management. He founded Resogy LLC as CISO & CTO, advising startups, nonprofits, and mid-market organizations on cyber maturity and scalable technology architecture. He also co-founded 1Ciso, where he helped develop tools that streamline cybersecurity decision-making. His executive career includes serving as CISO & CTO at Travel + Leisure, Global CTO at Wyndham Worldwide, and senior technology leadership roles at RCI, as well as innovation work as Founder-in-Residence at Okta. Mr. Kreydin began his career in the U.S. Marine Corps, shaping the leadership approach he carries into his work today.
