LCG Advisors Announces Significant Expansion of Investment Banking Operations | Tampa, Florida
LCG Advisors, a leading national financial services advisory firm, is proud to announce a significant expansion of its middle-market investment banking operations led by Senior Managing Director, Kevin Groff. Mr. Groff has joined the firm to lead its Business Services Group (BSG), the centerpiece of which is LCG’s Investment Banking practice. The Group provides high-end services catered towards family and founder-led businesses and includes LCG’s Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support division, a business transformation team, and its emerging Exit Advisory Services division. Mr. Groff will lead the BSG team from West Palm Beach, Florida and share time in LCG’s Tampa and Denver offices.
Also joining LCG is a team of highly seasoned senior bankers that will not only expand the firm’s national coverage but enhance its service capabilities to middle-market business owners and the legal and financial advisors who support them. The team includes Managing Directors Jonathan Berg, Thomas Smith, and Michael Parham, and Senior Associate Jake Moberg. Together with Mr. Groff, all come to LCG from US Bancorp, where they delivered transaction advisory services to the firm’s high net worth private clients. These bankers will be based in Southern California, Minneapolis, and West Palm Beach.
LCG’s new team brings decades of corporate finance experience at leading institutions such as Piper Sandler, Deloitte, Daiwa Securities, Peter J. Solomon, Credit Lyonnais, RSM/McGladrey, and Canaccord Genuity. Additionally, this team brings deep operational and corporate development backgrounds from well-known, highly acquisitive companies across consumer, industrial, and other markets.
