My wife, a professor at Western Colorado University, and I have two daughters. I’m an avid skier and a National Ski Patrol alumni member. I also enjoy mountain and road biking and competing in triathlons. I’ve completed four full Ironman events—Arizona, Cozumel, Wisconsin, and Boulder—and recently finished Ironman 70.3 events in Santa Cruz and Boulder.
