LCG Advisors Acquires Conscientia Analytics

TAMPA, FL, September 1, 2015 — LCG Advisors, a leading Tampa based financial services advisory firm, has announced the acquisition of the operations of Conscientia Analytics, a Jacksonville based healthcare due diligence firm. The acquisition of Conscientia allows LCG to diversify its current M&A and loan due diligence practice to include the healthcare sector.

Brad Velie, CEO of Conscientia, will now assume the role of Managing Director of the Healthcare Advisory Group with LCG.
