On-Site Valuation

The report concludes on the requested premises of value and documents the support behind each conclusion.
Desktop Valuation
When an inspection is not practical or warranted, LCG values the assets using fixed asset listings, photographs, and other information provided by the client. This option fits smaller engagements and updates, typically with a faster turnaround and at a lower cost.
