Our Process:
-
Initial Inquiry/Engagement
Our team of business valuation professionals utilizes a consultative approach to perform our valuations. We start that process by having a one-on-one discussion where we obtain a deep understanding of your business and the reason you need a valuation performed. During this discussion, we also provide an overview of our valuation approach and the various methodologies we will utilize as well as address any questions or concerns you have about the process.
-
Analysis Performed
After our initial discussion and all the necessary financial documentation is obtained, our business valuation professionals analyze your business. This often includes operational and financial analysis, industry analysis, and market research on comparable business sales. During this period, we also run our valuation models and determine our conclusion of value.
-
Draft Delivered and Discussion
Once our analysis is concluded, we will provide a working draft to you to review. At this time, we often engage in a discussion again to answer any questions or concerns on the valuation.
-
Final Report Delivered
We then communicate our results in a thoroughly documented Valuation Report.
